Rainforest Ride
We cater for small groups (up to 5 riders) with a personalised trail ride and farm experience.
After an introductory lesson in our safe undercover riding arena, we will ride through our working cattle and horse property. Stopping to pat some of our friendly cows and enjoy expansive views of the rich green agricultural areas surrounding Tully. The ride then continues through some pristine rainforest trails crossing beautiful mountain streams and discovering some of the wildlife of this region such as the Ulysses butterfly, Wallabies and the endangered Cassowary. Your guide will be there to ensure a safe, relaxing and informative experience.
3 hour experience = Approx. 2 hours in the saddle.
- Minimum age – 10 years.
- Cost – $100 per person
- Discount available for full groups
- Times: 8.30am – 11.30am and 1.30pm – 4.30pm
- Times will vary during summer months.
You will need: Covered shoes, long pants, sunscreen and insect repellent.
We supply: Quality Horses and equipment, Australian safety standard helmets and light refreshments for all riders.
Your guide can also share local knowledge of other activities and adventures you may enjoy whilst visiting the region.
Photos will be taken of all clients (when permitted) whilst doing the Rainforest ride and will be sent electronically to our clients, free of charge.
